The objective of this service is to enable citizens and residents to renew and replace their expired, lost or damaged health cards. Citizens can renew their health card for up to 5 years and residents up to 3 years

The service enables all internet users to donate electronically to various types of projects and funds that are sponsored by the Qatar Red Crescent Society. The user can select from a list of available projects, and has the option of specifying the contribution amount, and the desired destination to where the funds should go. The service also supports a Zakat Calculator to enable the user to determine his/her due Zakat, as well as providing the option to specify the destination to where the funds should go The Red Crescent Funds e-Service is a public service that is available to all internet users, and does not require registration through the Qatar e-Government website.
